I want to pay on-line for an earlier booking

To pay on-line and print tickets on a printer, the customer must log in using their name and password. If you were not logged in when booking and you only entered your e-mail address, it is necessary to first have a password sent to the e-mail address provided using the I forgot / I do not know my password button.

• After logging in using your name and password, select My Bookings – Active Bookings.
• For the selected booking, expand the Booking Details and use the Change Payment Method button.
• After that, pay for the booking on-line by credit card.


I am looking for paid tickets, I want to print them

We recommend printing the tickets immediately after payment. Tickets can also be printed later.
To print your tickets, it is necessary to go through Customer Login using the e-mail address used when buying the tickets and a password.

If you did not enter an e-mail address (you were not logged in) when booking, it is necessary to first have a password sent to the e-mail address provided using the I forgot / I do not know my password button.

After logging in, select My BookingsSold Bookings.
Here you can print all of your purchased tickets for other events.
