Refund request application for tickets for the Grand Prix of the Czech Republic 2020 purchased at the TIC Brno cash desk

Dear customer, If you have bought tickets for the Grand Prix of the Czech Republic 2020 directly at the TIC Brno cash desk (TO JE BRNO - Informační centrum a předprodej vstupenek, Panenská 1, Brno), or during Motosalon 2020, and want to apply for refund, please fill in and print the appropriate version of the request application form.

You can send your refund request during three years from the start of the refund prosess.

If your tickets were purchased in another way, go here.

The duly completed and signed form together with the original tickets can by sent by registred mail to the address:
